Isa Vos

I'm Isa Vos, 23 years old, and I was born in a small village in the northern part of the Netherlands. As a 20-year-old girl, I moved to Amsterdam with big dreams. Currently, I am in my final year of my Allround Creative Concept Developer degree where my creative skills have flourished. As a creator, I work from scratch and  three dimensional. I aim to challenge preconceived notions of femininity through the use of techniques that may not be traditionally seen as provocative or sexy. My focus is handmade fashion and raising awareness about the love and care invested in each design. It's about creating one-of-a-kind fashion with a sexy twist, celebrating the power of women. For my latest project, I challenged myself by creating my first physical collection named 'Let Her Bloom.' This collection is all about unleashing my creativity and leaving behind my insecurities and fears of failure. It also symbolizes  embracing your femininity, as I've incorporated seductive silhouettes and mesh patterns into the designs. I had a well-structured plan for this project, which I followed pretty well as the weeks passed by. However, the photoshoot took an unexpected turn as my photographer canceled at the last minute. Determined to capture the collection, I took the photos myself using a self-timer, did my own makeup, and even modeled the pieces. I plan to organize a larger photoshoot in the future, but given the time constraints, I am very proud of the end result. I can’t wait to create more designs and I aspire to make progress in the upcoming months towards launching my own brand.
